At ParidaLux, we are dedicated to delivering your personalized necklaces quickly and securely. We offer free worldwide shipping to ensure your order arrives at your doorstep with ease. Below are the details regarding our shipping process:

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after we receive your order confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification.
  • Please note that crafting personalized products takes time. The production time for personalized necklaces may vary depending on the level of customisation, with some designs taking up to 14 business days to complete. Once your design is approved, production will commence, and we will notify you of the progress.

2. Shipping Rates

  • Free Standard Shipping is available on all orders, and there is no minimum order amount required.
  • We do not charge for shipping unless you opt for express shipping services, which are available at an additional cost. Please contact us for more information on express shipping options.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

At ParidaLux, we endeavor to dispatch your product as soon as possible. However, the production time can vary between 2 to 10 business days, depending on personalization. Here’s what you can expect for production and delivery times:

Ready to Ship Collection: Orders placed before 5:00 PM will typically be delivered within 2 weeks.

Custom-Made Collection: Each piece is carefully and lovingly handmade, with an expected production and delivery time of approximately 3-4 weeks.

    4. International Shipping

    At ParidaLux, we proudly offer worldwide shipping for your personalized necklaces. Please note that international orders may incur customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country’s government. While we cover fees on our end, any additional charges are the customer’s responsibility.

    5. Order Tracking

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the shipping carrier’s website for real-time updates on your order’s status.

    6. Lost or Delayed Packages

    While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, ParidaLux is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance. However, if your order is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at paridalux@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.

    7. Shipping Restrictions

    We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid physical address for shipping.

    8. Changes to Shipping Information

    If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at paridalux@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but if your order has already been shipped, we cannot make any changes.
